Holmes Chiropractic Care is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and outgoing new staff member for the front desk. We are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am-6pm with a 2 hour lunch break from 1-3pm. We are located in Gig Harbor, just 30 seconds off the Olympic Drive exit of I-16, at 5775 Soundview Dr.

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient information, collect co-pays, and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical information
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide excellent patient service

```Requirements```
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy

-Previous experience with medical offices/billing insurance is a requirement.
