HOLMANS USA is Hiring a Technical Account Executive Near Knoxville, TN

Job overview:

This position is primarily responsible for management of contract relations with National Laboratory customers. This is a business to federal government, outside sales position responsible for cultivating and maintaining key business relationships. This position is responsible for presenting and advising customers with HOLMANS technology products and solutions. Other regular activities include prospecting via phone, email or other methods, and face-to-face sales calls utilizing HOLMANS sales process.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain customer relationships to meet and exceed quarterly/annual quotas.

· Understand customer needs and act as a consultant to provide solutions to customers.

· A minimum of 15 face-to-face customer meetings per week to discuss technology solutions.

· Proactively communicate with customers to identify new sales opportunities.

· Provide clear monthly opportunity pipelines information and sales reporting to management.

· Perform any and all duties as assigned regardless if a particular duty has been outlined herein.

· Maintain an error free, safe, and effective work environment.

· Ensure that safety measures are followed to the letter. Safety first!

Job Qualifications:

· A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent amount of work experience is required.

· Must be able to travel regionally and have a good driving record.

· Must be self-motivated and extremely organized

· Must have sales and marketing experience.

· Must have the passion and ability to build strong customer relationships.

· Technical knowledge of computing systems, printing hardware, and related products.

· Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook.

· Good technical, communication, and presentation skills are essential.

· Good attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Physical and Environmental Demands:

Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with the public and fellow employees. This job is active in nature requiring the ability to walk, sit and stand. Most work is to be performed outside the office environment. Must be able to stand and walk for long hours at a time. Must be able to lift and safely handle 15 lbs. with regular bending and stooping. Position may require overtime to facilitate workload.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
