Promote and maintain all steps of the ACES Customer Service program with each patron and Team Member you may come in contact with (eye contact, hi- greeting, goodbye as a departure).Maintain activities such as fire prevention and firefighting, traffic control, guarding and patrolling physical property, orienting and monitoring of personnel involved with classified information, and investigation of accidents and criminal acts.Produce reports on all investigations.Enforces Responsible Gaming and Self Exclusion program.Checks guest identifications in conjunction with established policies and procedures.Provides a safe, secure and comfortable environment for all internal and external customers.Must be able to deal with a wide variety of people and maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and poise.Must possess competent computer skills and or can learn systems and applications. (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Kronos, Itrack, Micros, ACSC, Key Pro III, Floor Spy) Handles all customer disputes involving Security, Potentially Intoxicated Patron, Self-Exclusion list, Table Drops, etc.Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; and/or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic computer knowledge.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Must qualify for licensure with the Maryland Gaming Board.Must have clean/valid driver's license.
