SPORTSBOOK WRITER CASHIER
Provide Queen Casino's Guest Experience Service while writing Sports tickets and providing information to guests. Adhere to all Company policies, gaming board regulations and protect the Company’s assets. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all standards, policies, and procedures.

Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings.
Provide exceptional customer service, and always treat others with respect.
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting the Queen Casino's Guest Experience Service Standards at all times.
Protect company assets at all times.
Accurately obtain, input, maintain, and record all transactions as specified by Sports audit, Gaming Board, and IRS Regulations.
Accurately write and pay valid Sports tickets.
Operate wagering terminal and perform machine maintenance, including but not limited to loading new tickets and keeping the area free of all debris.
Answers to all guests, explain wagering information, questions in a manner that reflects an understanding of the department and the property in general.
Assist Supervisors in identifying guests with special needs or liberal betting to ensure the protection of the Company assets and the best guest experience possible.
Clean and maintain the front and back of the house work areas. Inform necessary person of any supply shortages.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
1 year cash handling experience, required
Sports wagering knowledge, preferred
High School Diploma/GED, required
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have basic mathematical skills
Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays
Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written
Must be able to obtain and maintain a state Gaming License
