As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation and ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented according to our high-quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure that all food items are stored properly and meet food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while handling food products

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment such as knives, grills, ovens, etc.
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient meal preparation
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
