Salary Range: $75,800.00 Salary/year
Job Shift: Day

Description

Enriching lives through investment and service is the mission at the core of everything we do at Holladay. The Marketing Director supports this mission by working closely with the General Manager and Area Managing Director in the day-to-day office duties and management of the Factory in accordance with the Company’s mission, vision and objectives. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with the overall vision and objectives of The Factory
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to enhance brand positioning and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote The Factory and its tenants.

Press Relations:

  • Coordinate with national and local press outlets to generate press coverage and enhance visibility for The Factory
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and pitches to promote events, activations, and key initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media partners to secure coverage and media partnerships.

Revenue Generation:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute revenue-generating activations and events monthly at minimum
  • Collaborate with tenants to develop co-branded promotions, events, and activations to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of activations, analyzing key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align online marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives
  • Coordinate website content updates and SEO strategies to support marketing initiatives
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to online channels
  • Track and analyze date related to email marketing campaigns, website traffic, and online engagement
  • Implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of online marketing efforts
  • Drive seasonal activations and pop-ups to help tenants and F&B outlets drive revenue

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media analytics, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize effectiveness.
  • Monitor guest reviews throughout social channels

Community Engagement:

Build strong relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Identify opportunities for community partnerships, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives to support brand objectives.

Represent The Factory at community events, networking functions, and industry conferences.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Proven experience in marketing and promotions within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of PR strategies and media relations best practices.
  • Experience in event planning and activation execution.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for building brand awareness, driving engagement, and delivering results.
