Thriving holistic, integrative medical practice seeks an extraordinary full-time receptionist to assist in day to day tasks for one of Boulder's busiest offices.
Including but not limited to:
-answering phones
-scheduling
-patient intake and checkout
-inventory and ordering supplies for office
-shipping and receiving
-filling
-billing
-and more..
The potential candidate must have the following qualities:
-stellar customer service skills
-personable
-positive and energetic
-highly capable of managing multiple tasks at one time
-self-directed, with the ability to see a problem and fix it
-competent with computers and technology-proficiency in Quickbooks (ability to learn QB is also acceptable)
-College degree (preferred)
-prior medical office experience (preferred)
-ability to commit to the position for at least 2 years
-takes care of his/her self through diet, exercise and has a positive outlook on life
