Holistic Care Hospice and Palliative Care is Hiring a LVN Field Nurse --Continuous Care Near Riverside, CA
Candidate must be a LVN with acute care experience. Position requires providing continuous care for hospice patients. Continuous Care is prescribed when a hospice patient requires around the clock care due to a serious change in condition. It is provided in 8 hour shifts at the patients residence (or facility). Prior home health or hospice experience is a plus. Excellent pay and benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
