**Description**

The Corporate Sales Consultant - Outbound receives leads generated from multiple lead sources and is responsible for contacting and delivering a sales presentation over the telephone. The primary function is to ensure a great experience while speaking with owners, potential new owners, and Latitudes owners on the phone. The goal is to increase an owners vacation portfolio by upgrading their existing. This position is also responsible for helping owners join the Holiday Inn Club, upgrade our Latitudes owners to a full deeded membership package as well as selling deeded week packages in the Holiday Inn Club to non-owners.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:**

* Places outbound calls to set up additional appointments and Virtual sales presentations. Conducts phone presentations to assigned leads.

* Follows up to ensure fulfillment of sale. Assists in ensuring that all questions are answered in a professional, informative, diplomatic and correct manner. Delivers the utmost level of customer service to all guests and owners to ensure a great sales experience

* Attends training for continuous improvement. Achieves personal and departmental written objectives as provided or determined throughout the fiscal year.

* Executes proper communication with sales management and customers. Completes action plans as provided by sales management.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Three years of timeshare experience is preferred but not necessary, telesales experience a plus.

* Verifiable sales statistics.

* Dependable and goal oriented.

* Must be process oriented with attention to detail.

* Self-directed and independent but works as a team player.

* Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service or product from guests and co-workers.

* Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

* Excellent owner/customer service skills.

* Strong oral communication skills.

* Strong work ethic, high energy level and positive attitude.

* Mastery of the use of appropriate interpersonal social styles and methods to inspire and guide individuals towards goal achievement.

* Pursuit of continuous improvement to improve, enhance or increase personal knowledge and skills that will assist in job performance.

* Must have reliable transportation.

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :**

* Real Estate License

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:**

* High School Diploma, GED equivalent

* Bilingual encouraged but not required

* Two years of timeshare experience preferred
