General Maintenance Worker – Daytime (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM), evening (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and weekend shifts

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join our friendly team at Holiday RV Park, located in Pismo Beach, CA

Job Responsibilities: consist of general groundskeeping, maintaining and cleaning RV sites, patrol of the property, securing buildings and structures, greeting guests arriving with their RVs and assisting with RV parking, general assistance to guests, troubleshooting and servicing of the RV sites, maintaining and cleaning a swimming pool and spa, housekeeping duties, etc.

Essential Job Requirements:

· Candidates must possess outstanding customer service skills

· Ability to clearly communicate in English

· Ability to lift 50 pounds, or more

· Candidates must be available to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts

· Perform all job responsibilities listed above

· Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year general maintenance experience

· Candidates must have a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Part-time to full time

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

· 9-hour shift, 1-hour break period (8 working hours total)

· Day shift (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

· Evening shift (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM)

· Weekend availability

License/Certification:
