```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
```Duties```
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Assist with guest relations activities, including resolving conflicts and providing recommendations for local attractions
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest services
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
