Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, overseeing hourly staff in all departments and ensuring they are completing their job duties, inspecting hotel areas and anything that needs attention is taken care of from cleaning to repairs. Be visible to guests and staff, ready to assist wherever help is needed, ensuring guests are following hotel's policuse, etc. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:

- Provide leadership and guidance to retail sales associates

- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service

- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions

- Oversee inventory control to minimize loss and maximize sales opportunities

- Recruit, interview, and hire new team members as needed

- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for achieving targets

- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hotel or retail management is required

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in math calculations and inventory control

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Knowledge of hotel industry and bilingual is a plus

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
