Holiday Inn & Suites is Hiring a Kitchen Staff Near Pooler, GA

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will assist in the preparation and production of food items, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensure food safety standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities: - Assist with food preparation and production according to recipes and guidelines - Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, and workstations - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the highest quality of food - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service - Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns - Assist with banquet or catering events as needed Experience: - Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.86 - $14.40 per hour
