Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the shift team members
- Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Train and mentor new team members on cleaning procedures and techniques
- Perform regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to cleaning standards
- Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to improve processes and efficiency

Skills

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial, or housekeeping management is preferred but we will train the right person
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and supplies
