Hotel Public Area Attendant Driver

We are a leading hotel in the Travel, Attractions & Events industry and we are currently seeking a talented Public Area/ Shuttle Driver Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel to impeccable standards, as well as providing safe and friendly transportation for our guests.

Essential Functions:

• Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, countertops, walls vents, and floors using specifically assigned cleaning agents. Dispose of trash.
• Dust all furniture and pictures, clean all windows and glass, and vacuum public areas.
• Vacuum and dispose of trash in office areas.
• Polish fixtures and vacuum elevators.
• Maintain a clean appearance in stairwells.
• Comprehend and abide by all traffic regulations while transporting customers to and from the airport terminal or other designated sites.
• Lift luggage, packages, and boxes from cars, buses, vans, and carts, placing items on the ground, baggage carts, conveyors, or other vehicles.
• Listen, understand, and respond immediately to customer and employee inquiries and requests for assistance.
• Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Remain calm and alert, especially during emergencies or heavy hotel activity, and handle complications from driving in the local community.
• Clearly communicate the features and services of the hotel facilities.
