Job Summary

We are looking for a full and part time Night Auditor / Overnight Guest Experience member. Passionate and creative about excellent hospitality and carry an enthusiastic attitude. We want someone that loves to work with a team of like-minded professionals, strive to be their best, and puts their heart into their work. 

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Balancing the accounts from day shift
• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments
• Answering calls and queries related to potential booking

Skills

• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
• Experience with hotel reservations software
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00
