We are seeking a Maintenance Worker who will be responsible for: providing maintenance repairs to resort units, public areas and administrative offices: repairs may include plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, furnishings and fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, door and window repairs. Requirements include: some knowledge of refrigeration; air conditioning; electric; plumbing; kitchen equipment and other mechanical devices; ability to meet the physical demands of the position, such as heavy lifting up to 100lbs, working on ladders, and standing or walking for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including AM/PM, weekends and holidays.As the Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in the repairs and maintenance of the hotel, accomplish the preventative maintenance program as directed and support repair and renovation projects.

The ideal candidate will:

Love the look and quality presentation of all hotel facilities, be detail oriented, preferably with facility maintenance experience.

Administers the preventative maintenance program as required, properly completing work orders on time.

Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Reports appropriate complaints or requests to appropriate department. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintains security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day.

Reports lost and found articles and needed repairs of unsafe conditions to supervisor.

Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
