Job Opening: Hotel Maintenance

Are you a skilled maintenance technician with a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of hotel facilities? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, appliance servicing, drywall repair, pool chemical maintenance and cleaning, ice machine maintenance, washer and dryer maintenance, and boiler upkeep.

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities.

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance activities.

Collaborate with other hotel staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Assist with special projects and renovations as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role preferred.

Proficiency in drywall repair, pool chemical maintenance and cleaning, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, ice machine maintenance, washer and dryer maintenance, and boiler maintenance.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing, and bending.

Pay: $16.24 - $19.55 per hour
