Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor
Job Summary
The Holiday Inn Express brand looks for people who are friendly, relaxed and always looking for ways to provide reliable service and comfort delivered in a creative yet familiar way.
The Holiday Inn Express is looking for a guest service associate to join our busy and professional team. The position is full and part time, and the schedule will vary depending on the occupancy and various needs of the hotel. The position will consist of a mixture of day, evening and overnight shifts. The ability to work weekends & holidays is REQUIRED.
The ideal candidate is likely to have worked in a customer service environment before, be punctual and reliable, be able to demonstrate initiative, and be someone who has a reputation for delivering great service and being a pleasure to work with. Previous hotel experience and Opera PMS experience is preferred.
