Job Overview
Our front desk agents serve as Manager on Duty when the executive management team is off property and are responsible for overseeing hotel operations during their shift.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Helping guests with reservations, check-ins, & check-outs.
• Helping guests by answering questions and requests and resolving any guest concerns.
• Communicating issues across shifts and to executive management team.
• Folding smaller linens like towels, wash-clothes, and pillow-cases.
• Assures the safety of hotel guests and team members by implementing hotel safety procedures including informational, key, and building security.
• May also be asked to help with other areas of hotel operations such as basic cleaning, basic maintenance, or food and beverage as able.
