The Breakfast Attendant supports the overall operations of the breakfast area with particular focus on the kitchen and dining area. The attendant is responsible for general upkeep of the breakfast area and kitchen areas to ensure cleanliness is maintained.

Schedule: We are currently seeking full-time / part-time availability to include both weekdays and weekends.

Essential Functions

• Assists with daily breakfast set-up and ensure that items are replenished during the breakfast hours
• Maintains specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the breakfast area
• Able to interact with guests in a friendly/fast manner and anticipate guest needs
• Sweeps and washes floors and counter tops
• Transports and stores any supply deliveries
• Performs general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards
• Performs other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests
• Takes pride in the overall look and feel of the hotel assuring cleanliness and conditions are at their peak at all times
• Completes other tasks & duties as assigned based on business need

Minimum Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in food service preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions in a multi-lingual environment
• Will be required to work mornings with weekend and holiday availability
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, federal, state and local laws regarding health and safety services
• Must be able to exert well-paced ability to reach other departments of the hotel on a timely basis

• Schedule may vary due to the specific needs of the hotel
