Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cumming Ga. is Hiring a Guest Service Representative/Night Auditor Near Cumming, GA

We are looking for a highly energetic and professional individual who enjoys working with all different characters and personalities. The current position we are hiring for is a PartTime to Full Time 3pm-11pm shift 3-5 days a week. The days of the week will include weekends and some holidays. You will need to be flexible and open to learning other positions and possible cross training. Experience in the hospitality industry is strongly encouraged but not mandatory. Customer Service experience is a must. Communication between you and your team members as well as team members within other departments will be a key part of your everyday tasks and success. Feel free to ask any questions you may have in reference to the positions prior to or during the interview so you have a full understanding of what expectations we have as an IHG Hotel.

Responsibilities: (Include but are not Limited to)
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices
