Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks.

Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and generating reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (e.g., bilingual or multilingual)
- Familiarity with night audit processes is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact
