Holiday Inn Express Phoenix Airport North is Hiring a Hotel Night Auditor - Part Time Near Phoenix, AZ

Duties
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. We are looking for a person who can work Sundays and Mondays 11pm to 7am.

Duties:

- Conducting the night audit process to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel, providing exceptional customer service
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Assisting with guest requests, such as room service or additional amenities
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
- Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Skills:
- Previous hotel experience
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing financial calculations during the night audit process
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
