Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional service throughout their stay. Your main responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of guests
-Cleaning and standing for 8hrs are required of the role
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
We are looking for an individual who can wow our traveling guests. Not fearful of complaints or the how to solve them, a strong resolution mind is welcome. A passion, if not a need to be an aid to guests and their needs. Goal-oriented and cheerleader attitude is a much-required ability of this role.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
