Job Description:
We're currently seeking an on-call Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. While experience in front desk work is beneficial, we're willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and messages efficiently.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests, utilizing hotel experience.
  • Create a welcoming environment for guests, demonstrating hospitality at every opportunity.
  • Handle guest relations and requests to enhance their overall experience.
  • Assist with various tasks as needed, utilizing knowledge of hotel operations.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer service and hospitality.
  • Flexible schedule, able to work holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking individual.
  • Prior front desk experience is a plus but not required.
