We are looking for a trustworthy Front Desk Agent with the ability to work independently. This is an overnight shift, 11 PM until 8 AM; Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. Responsibilities

• Attend to all guest needs and questions
• Clean and tidy desk and lobby areas
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Use computer systems to check guests in and out
• Report on any changes, problems, or security issues
• Handle cash and keep track of till and guest billing

Skills

• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Customer service / hospitality, take care of our guests
• Prioritization and time management skills are needed
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
