Holiday Inn Express Juno beach is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near North Palm Beach, FL

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong guest service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is an asset
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
