Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and caring for lawns, gardens, and outdoor landscapes.

Duties:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Operate and maintain various hand tools and power equipment
- Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning as required
- Conduct equipment repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Ensure proper care of all landscaping equipment

Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for landscaping tasks
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and maintenance
- Ability to maintain pools and perform pool cleaning duties
- Service technician skills for troubleshooting and repairs
- Strong attention to detail in all lawn care activities
