```Duties``` - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. - Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues. - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly. - Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions using appropriate tools and techniques. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility. - Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors when necessary. ```Experience``` - Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, logic controllers, and other relevant equipment. - Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. - Experience with welding, fabrication, and general repair work. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
