Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team at our hotel. The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

Duties:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, including arranging tables, chairs, and food stations
- Prepare and replenish breakfast items such as hot and cold beverages, pastries, cereals, fruits, and other food items
- Ensure that all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and labeled
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area throughout the shift, including wiping tables, cleaning spills, and restocking supplies
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Clear tables and clean dishes as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while handling food and operating kitchen equipment
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of food service

Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Please note that this position requires working early morning shifts between 5am-12pm, including weekends and holidays.
