Job Description:

Leadership and Strategic Management:

• Provide visionary leadership, setting and executing strategic goals to optimize hotel performance and guest satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation, inspiring and empowering the team to achieve operational and financial objectives.

Guest Experience and Service Excellence:

• Uphold IHG's high standards of service and hospitality, ensuring a superior guest experience and satisfaction.
• Act as the primary ambassador for the property, engaging with guests to understand their needs and maintain exceptional service standards.

Financial Performance:

• Drive financial success through assisting revenue management team, cost control, and profitability initiatives.
• Analyze financial reports and performance metrics, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and manage expenses.

Operational Oversight:

• Oversee all operational aspects, including rooms division, food and beverage.
• Assist and support our Sales/Marketing & Revenue Management team.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.

Community Engagement and Relationship Building:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities, businesses, and key stakeholders, fostering partnerships and enhancing the property's reputation.

Job Requirements:

• Opera PMS system (preferred, but not required)
• Strong leadership and strategic management skills, with a track record of successfully driving financial performance and operational excellence.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends and hotel operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required if your management experience is sufficient). An advanced degree is a plus.
