POSITION: Director of Sales
JOB SUMMARY
The questionis, can you generate sales? Are youdriven to generate sales? Do you know what is important for a successful sale? Do you enjoy making presentations andbuilding long-lasting relationships to ensure that you are successful? Are you a natural-born leader who isconfident in your ability to make independent decisions? Are you an influencer who is motivated tomake it happen? Have you planned salespromotions, set sales goals, created advertising material, or trained a salesstaff? If you have this type of salesmindset – this is the job for you! Asthe Director of Sales, you will be responsible for revenue production for hotelswhile meeting or exceeding planned revenue objectives for occupancy and averagedaily rate (ADR). You must know how tosell the “product”.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
·High school graduate or equivalent andtwo to three years work-related experience (Sales experience required)
·One year of progressive Salesexperience
INDUSTRYEXPERIENCE
·Previous experience in the hospitalityindustry (preferred)
·Experience in hospitality sales,policies, and procedures (preferred)
REQUIRED SKILLS
·Must be able totravel – up to 20%
·Persuasive interpersonal skills,self-directed, and independent
·Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment
·Must be flexible to work variedschedules
·Excellent written and oral communicationskills
·Ability to multi-task, listenattentively, problem-solve, and pay attention to detail
