Our goals are to add another property by the end of the year, and two more next year. **Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, account management, and business development. Ideally have worked for and IHG property and has knowledge of Opera, Delphi, Concerto and Merlin.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to other team members especially in relation to incoming companies and groups.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in technical sales, outside sales, or technology sales
- Strong ability to manage accounts, analyze data, and drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Leadership skills with a focus on team building and development
