Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Assist guests with reservations and room assignments
- Manage phone calls and reservations using phone systems
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in front desk, guest services, or hotel management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices
