```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle all cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Promote store promotions, loyalty programs, and special events
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
-Make boba tea, prepare boba tea stuff (simple and easy) .
```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to sell and upsell products effectively
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of technology and electronics sales is a plus
Must be 19-years old or older because we sell alcohol. (Idaho law code 23-949)
