Hohman Rehab is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Patient Care Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and be committed to providing exceptional customer service from the first point of contact to the completion of treatment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with patients, problem-solving, and continuously improving the patient experience. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
While a Bachelor's Degree is recommended, it is not required for this position. A minimum of 2-3 years of front desk experience is essential, with previous healthcare insurance/billing/collections experience being preferred. The ability to multitask, problem-solve quickly, and adapt to changes is crucial for success in this role.
Job duties will include a variety of front desk tasks, such as scheduling appointments, checking in patients, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments, and providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish to our diverse patient population.
