POSITION SUMMARY

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness around our restaurant. Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines and stacking washed items appropriately.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Performs opening, on-going, and closing sidework duties
• Loads and unloads dishwasher
• Maintains a clean work area
• Stocks and organizes dishes
• Empties trash and sweeps floors
• Follows and understands all company procedures and policies

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Continuous use of hands and arms
• Continuous reaching, bending, twisting, abrupt stopping, stooping, lifting, and carrying
• Ability to be on your feet for an extended period of time
• Ability to work in elevated temperatures and a wet environment for a prolonged period of time
