As a Service Coordinator, you will be one of the most important resources in our Nashville Location. You will provide support for our Field Management team along with all technicians.

Responsibilities: 

• Schedule return appointments for any install jobs for future dates. 
• Pull any permits, schedule any inspections, and work directly with the Field Ops management team to ensure installation jobs are set up for success. 
• Manage scheduling on bids for sales professionals by receiving bid requests via phone, email & website submission for our customers and immediately following up with them to get it scheduled with a Project Manager
• Review the daily call goals and Priorities, being conscious of weather and seasonal peaks.
• Work alongside dispatch/liaisons to ensure the business's overall success.
• Assisting with customer service, answering client questions, and resolving concerns the CXR team could not resolve.
• Assisting with inbound phone calls as needed through a quick response as a backup.
• Other responsibilities delegated by the Internal Operations Team Lead.

• Previous work in a related field is preferred but not required.
