As a Branch Manager with Hoffman Weber, you will play an important role in fostering cohesion both at the local Colorado level and with Hoffman Weber Headquarters (HQ) in Minnesota. By working closely with the HQ leadership team, you’ll ensure consistency by aligning your location with Hoffman Weber’s culture, processes and customer experience.

Responsibilities: 

• General Oversight: 
  • Embody, model and hold others accountable to the Hoffman Weber culture and core values
  • Ensure branch consistency by aligning your location with Hoffman Weber’s culture, processes and customer experience
  • Oversee location Budget (P&L), KPI’s and strategic planning; provide location reports and analysis of results back to HQ and partners at Omnia 
    • Review and issue commissions
    • Submit Purchase Orders and CapX projects through HQ
  • Facilitate L10 meetings to support location goals; provide feedback, gather insight from team members and resolve challenges
  • Work with the production, sales and administration to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency and productivity 
  • Hire, train and develop staff following the strategic staffing model for your location, conduct 1:1 meetings and support your location’s career development plans
    • Directly lead inside sales reps, canvassing lead, production scheduler and administrative support; helping them grow personally and professionally, achieve their KPI’s and overcome challenges
  • Work with HQ Production Leadership to implement Hoffman Weber Tech Stack and Processes

• Sales Oversight:
  • Work with HQ Sales Leadership to set annual and quarterly goals, holding sales team accountable to their goals
  • Prepare weekly sales KPI’s for HQ Sales L10 meeting
  • Hire, train and develop sales staff in establishing an Inside/Outside sales model and following the CCN Sales System to meet organizational goals
  • Inspire and motivate the sales team, helping them work through challenges, share wins and grow together
  • Train and develop Inside Sales Reps on mentoring and leading outsides sales reps, conducting 1:1 meetings with their outside sales team members and fostering their career growth
  • Ensure sales profitability through monitoring industry pricing trends, ensuring estimate accuracy and profitability
  • Identify new territories, services, products and other growth opportunities to help Hoffman Weber expand and fulfill our purpose
  • Support HQ Leadership team in providing strategic direction for the location, developing plans for how the sales team can support the overall growth and success of Hoffman Weber

• Production Oversight: 
  • Work with HQ Production Leadership to set annual and quarterly goals, holding production team accountable to their goals
  • Prepare weekly production KPI’s for HQ Production L10 meeting
  • Hire, train and develop production staff in following Hoffman Weber Production Processes and organizational structure to meet organizational goals
  • Oversee the success of the production team in delivering on our sales commitments to our customers with the highest quality and service, while working to positively impact the organization's efficiency, productivity, profitability and collaboration across departments
  • Support Production Coordinators in directing the work flow of project managers and Field Service Representative, supporting them in their mentorship abilities and conducting 1:1 meeting with their production team members
  • Monitor product pricing and reviewing job costing for profitability
  • Meet with suppliers and manufacturer reps to build relationships and stay connected on material pricing, advocate for price breaks based on relationship 
    • Identify and schedule learning opportunities for supplier / manufacturer reps to come and educate production and sales team members - increasing their product knowledge
  • Verify all sales paperwork, reviewing job details for accuracy and sales notes, ensuring all aspects are submitted, accounted for and build ready

• Administrative Operations Oversight: 
  • Identify ways to utilize Hoffman Weber Resources for administrative support (HQ & SMA) 
  • Deposit checks
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Manage and stock showroom 
  • Work with HQ Marketing and Human Resources to post ads and open jobs
