The starting pay range for this position is $51,590-$60,640/annual, and final pay rate will be determined based on experience and internal equity factors.

Heres what an Assistant Branch Managers day looks like:

* LEAD staff and serve as Manager on Duty during a Branch Managers absence.

* EDUCATE your Canvas family by assisting in training and coaching.

* PROVIDE feedback in a supportive and approachable manner.

* PROCESS ordering of cash, monetary movement, cash balancing issues, and check research.

* COLLABORATE with Branch Manager to evaluate, develop, and motivate branch employees.

* PERFORM appropriate actions to solve member issues and maybe even tell them a good joke in the meantime.

* GROW our cultural innovation through collaboration and challenging the status quo.

* SHARE new and ongoing operational processes with your Canvas staff.

* STAND shoulder to shoulder with our members and your Canvas teammates through our peaks and valleys.

* PROVIDE members with excellent service through face to face interactions on a daily basis

* This amazing role at Canvas requires National Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation. This means well conduct background and credit checks to ensure you meet NMLS registration and Canvas requirements. Unfortunately, not meeting or staying current may result in a rescinded offer or removal from the role.

Other Important Information

Youll be asked to work a flexible schedule Monday through Saturday - 40 hours per week. Youll use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers, and filing cabinets. The position also requires manual dexterity - the ability to lift files and flex paperclips. You may be required to stand on one leg, tap your head, and compound daily variable interest in your head. Just kidding - nobody can do that on one leg.
