Job Title: Loan Car Agent / Service Admin Assistant

Hoehn Porsche Carlsbad, a family owned Company, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer service experienced individual to join our service team! This individual will work alongside our service advisors, and will interact with customers on a daily basis. The schedule for this position will be either Tuesday to Saturday, or Monday to Friday, working half shift on Saturdays as needed. Summary: 

Receives payment for products or services sold by the dealership and plays a key role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction for the business transaction.

Essential Duties: 

• Is familiar with the TSD software and applications
• Check out and check in loaner vehicles in accordance to PCNA loan car procedures
• Greets customer in a pleasant and professional manner and directs them to the service advisor or other appropriate individual
• Runs a daily inventory report to insure vehicles are checked in
• Communicates with the Pre-owned Manager for loaners that need to be removed from the fleet
• Provides clerical and secretarial assistance to the parts and service department
• Follows up with customers of damaged loaner cars and facilitates payment for repair
• Ensures that we are collecting for fuel not replenished by the customer
• Input, track and maintain current status reports and inventory of loan vehicles
• Places any vehicle into non-loaner status when pulling out of service for maintenance or repair
• Ensures that license plate information is updated in TSD
• Delivers vehicle to the reconditioning manager, once it is removed from TSD
• Assist in closing repair orders when needed
• Ensures that all vehicle ready for loan are cleaned and fueled
• Gets all information requested from the business office when there are toll road violations
• Communicates daily with service advisors on the status of cars loaned out
• Completes the deposit for the service and parts department daily
• When service advisors are occupied receive payment from the customer and records the amount received

Pay: Pay for this position starts at $20.00 per hour.
