Summary:

Audi Carlsbad is currently looking for an individual to join our team! A position is readily available for Lot Porter. The candidate will act as aid for both our Sales and Service department, and all applicants must be available Monday through Sunday and present for a minimum of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
Essential Duties:

• Maintains new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Keeps vehicles fueled.
• Ensures that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed.
• Keeps the lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the management and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Stocks in new and used vehicles, creates key tags when necessary and insures books and keys are stored per the process established.
• Ensures that Buyers Guides and price sheets are completed and coordinates with Sales Manager to insure they end up on the appropriate vehicle
• Routinely checks cars for appropriate stickers and compliance items.
• Assists in various facility maintenance and cleaning activities.
• Inspects vehicles or equipment for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations.
• Drives vehicles as needed and directed.
• Acknowledges visitors with a smile and greeting, and directs them to necessary dealership personnel.
• Delivers/Picks up vehicles from events or customers when needed.
• Washing and vacuuming vehicles with grave attention to detail.
• Must work with a positive attitude in a busy environment.
• Performing various tasks and duties as a team member of a premium car line.
• Occasional valet pick-up/delivery and client transport shuttle driving.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
