Job Description:
As a Bar Back, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- *Assisting bartenders with prepping ingredients, garnishes, and glassware. *Restocking bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and ice, throughout the shift. *Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, shelves, and equipment. *Helping to fulfill guest orders promptly and accurately, ensuring their satisfaction. *Collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements:
- *Previous experience in a hospitality or bar-related role preferred. *Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. *Excellent communication and teamwork skills. *Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
