Hobbywing North America is the leading brand of the radio control parts for scaled cars, trucks, drones and helicopters.

We are looking for Radio Control lovers as well as individuals who are passionate about their work.

Essential Functions not limited to:

• Provide world-class level customer service experience to both internal and external customers.
• Fulfill orders in the warehouse, shipping and receiving goods.

Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting

• Drop off packages to USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL locations is sometimes required.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping the office/warehouse organized and clean, complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Skill Requirements:

• Ability to move boxes that are heavy.
• Ability to utilize/develop tools including database, spreadsheet(s), email or any other means available to effectively perform the required task(s).
• Ability to learn quickly about e-commerce platforms, training will be provided. Job will include future tasks to be performed in online marketplaces such as listings, customer service, inventory management and fulfillment.
• Ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers, understand, handle and escalate customer problems in a timely manner.
• Excellent follow through skills, interpersonal skills, hard working, a self-starter and problem solver. Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Education/Training/Experience Requirements:

• 2 years of sales order administration and sales support.
• 1 Warehouse Fulfillment Experience

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of Fishbowl, Shipstation or other inventory management system a plus.
• Experience in a Radio Controlled industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Mac Numbers required.

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

Required experience:

• sales support or order fulfillment: 1 year
