* Be actively involved in the stores processes and procedures to meet and exceed financial goals

* Manage the seasonal departments daily, weekly and yearly routines

* Execute exceptional and strong merchandise presentations

Starting salary range: $61,500 to $66,500 plus bonus annually. Job Description - Requirements

* Must have previous big-box retail management experience

* Have an entrepreneurial spirit with sound decision-making capabilities
