Join Our Team as an Onsite Property Manager

About the Role:

Do you have a passion for providing top-quality management service to homeowner's associations? We're seeking a dedicated Onsite Property Manager to lead and deliver exceptional services directly to the Board of Directors, Trustees, and residents of our assigned community. This position reports to the President of the company and offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Budget Administration: Maintain comprehensive records, prepare monthly management reports, manage invoices, and handle budget preparation and review.
  • Property Maintenance: Oversee day-to-day management, negotiate contracts, conduct regular inspections, and ensure the quality control of workmanship.
  • Relationship Management: Act as a liaison for the Board of Directors, enforce rules and regulations, and maintain a positive community atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and delivering exceptional results from vendor contracts
  • Holds a professional demeanor and works well in a team environment

Experience/Training:

  • 3 years of experience in Association/Condominium/Coop Management
  • Associate degree or equivalent; property manager license in Washington DC preferred
  • Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend work/meetings and ability to respond to emergencies
