This opportunity entails providing coordination of project execution and control in the survey and right of way section to achieve continuity of purpose within scope, budget, and time schedules from initial start-up through final design. Also accountable for handling specific design aspects on projects appropriate to his/her discipline field. Coordinates efforts of assigned design team to ensure completeness and accuracy of design effort. Serves as technical liaison with client on project efforts as required.
What You’ll Do:
Analyzes title work and record documents in conjunction with field survey data to establish property lines and existing rights of way.
Production of client or project right of way engineering parcels.
Supervises production of client or project right of way engineering parcels and route survey plats.
Conducts QA/QC of right of way engineering parcels and route survey plats.
Training and mentoring of staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
6 years progressive experience on design projects with route survey and right of way engineering experience
All jurisdictional certifications as required
What We Prefer:
Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
Indiana professional Surveyor's License
