This opportunity entails leading and growing a center of excellence for asset management and resilient infrastructure best practices within the Digital Transformation Solutions team. The vision of the team is to empower digital platforms and data-driven initiatives to build equitable, resilient and sustainable infrastructure, enterprises and communities.

The asset management and resilient infrastructure practice lead will provide thought and team leadership for HNTB clients nationwide. This position will also provide technical and operational supervision to a section of asset management and technology professionals providing next-generation asset management services to HNTB clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Provides technical and operational supervision to a section of information technology professionals.

• Ensures that the technical, administrative, direct labor and schedule targets for the section are met.

• Ensures employee development, training and performance management of staff.

• Responsible for revenue generation and HNTB’s 4 for 4 (Consistent delivery of quality work, on time, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction on every project) delivery for projects for the section.

• Builds strong client relationships with new and existing clients, leveraging those relationships to generate opportunities for new work.

• Develops, reviews and approves scope and fee estimates for work performed by the group.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree

• 12 years project management related experience and 2 years supervisory experience

• In lieu of education, 16 years project management related experience and 2 years supervisory experience

What We Prefer:

• IAM Certification and/or PMP Certification

• Experience working with and for transportation agencies and industry

• Project & Resource Management Skills

• Solid Analytics and Reporting skills using MS Office

• Ability to manage staff on small to large projects

• Experience with Customer/Stakeholder Mgmt., Analysis/Problem Solving, Communication and Process Orientation

The approximate pay range for Washington is $117,314.22 - $211,015.20. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
