Key Responsibilities:

• As our Estimator, you'll have the opportunity to bring complex projects to life by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other project documents. You'll evaluate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors, turning ideas into numbers.

• You'll analyze historical data and industry trends to refine our estimating processes and develop innovative strategies that set us apart from the competition. Your insights will drive us towards new heights of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Your superior organizational skills will help you manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. You'll become a master of prioritization, ensuring our bids are delivered promptly, enabling timely decision-making.

Qualifications:

• A solid background in aboveground storage tanks or a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.

• Adept at reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with an eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
